UltraCrete CPG 60 is a single component, specially formulated, pre-blended polymer modified fiber­ reinforced cementitious thixotropic repair mortar for vertical and overhead structural repairs to concrete.

Area of Application

• Repair to damaged reinforced concrete elements

Method of Application

• Ultracrete CPG40 can be mixed with water by hand, mechanical mortar mixers or a slow speed (250- 400 rpm) paddle mixer.
• Mixing water addition should be typically 4 liters per bag, up to a maximum of 4.5 liters.
• Mixing time is 2 – 3 minutes till the product is thoroughly mixed uniform consistency.
• Pre-wet the surface with water.
• Apply Ultralatex bond coat for better adhesion.
• Apply the mixed mortar with trowel and finish it as per standard plaster application.
• Cure the surface with water for at least 5-7days.

Coverage

25 kg bag can cover 12-14 m2 /10mm thickness.
