Repoxy G521 is a moderately viscous, 3 component epoxy resin designed for general purpose crack repair, horizontal groove sealing and structural consolidation

Area of Application

• Mixing can be carried out with slow speed (250- 400rpm) portable small paddle mixer.
• Mix full quantity of Hardener with full quantity of Resin in bucket forl-2 minutes.
• Add filler slowly and mix for 2-3 minutes.
• Mix only sufficient materials for immediate requirements.
• Place the mixed material on prepared surfaces.

Method of Application

• Sealing of Cracks grooves in concrete up to 15mm
• Fixing of starter bars, anchors, tie rods, fence and railing posts.
• Grouting of machine and bridge bearing baseplates.
• Grouting of machine and bearing base plate where the gap is less than 5mm.
• Use as gap filling sleeperless rail, crane tracks, etc.
