PAMR RePoxy G1821 is a 3 component trowelable epoxy resin mortar designed for general emergency repair of horizontal concrete surface of industrial floors pavements, concrete PQC roads, bridge decks, etc.

Area of Application

• Sealing of Cracks grooves in concrete up to 100mm

• Grouting of machine and bridge bearing baseplates where the gap is greater than 50mm.
• Use as gap filling sleeperless rail, crane tracks, etc. .

Method of Application

• Mixing can be carried out with slow speed (250- 400rpm) portable small paddle mixer.
• Mix full quantity of Hardener with full quantity of Resin in bucket forl-2 minutes.
• Add filler slowly and mix for 2-3 minutes.
• Mix only sufficient materials for immediate requirements.
• Place the mixed material on freshly applied epoxy primer or till the primer is in tacky condition.
