Repoxy GlOO is a moderately flowable, self-levelling, 3 component epoxy based ultra-high early cum ultimate strength grout/mortar designed for special purpose rail-track filling, horizontal groove sealing, pile cap dressing and structural consolidation.

Area of Application

• Sealing of Cracks grooves in concrete up to 100mm
• Fixing of starter bars, anchors, tie rods, fence and railing posts.
• Grouting of machine and bridge bearing baseplates where the gap is greater than 50mm.
• Use as gap filling sleeperless rail, crane tracks, etc.
• Used as high-end waterproof pile-cap dressing.

Method of Application

• Mix Resin and hardener as per mixing ratio with a slow speed paddle mixer.
• Add full quantity of filler while mixing.
• Pour the mixed components from one side to thickness ofupto25mm.
• For higher thickness of grout, apply in multiple layers with time gap of 8-20 hours.
