Krystacoat Super is a single component, high performance, cementitious crystalline waterproofing coating system. Its coatings are resistant to hydrostatic pressure and capillary penetration of water.

Method of Application

• Mix Krystacoat Super with 30 to 35% of potable water to slurry consistency with a slow speed paddle mixer.
• Pre-wet the concrete surface (SSD condition) with water.
• Apply the freshly mixed slurry with a soft nylon brush within 30 minutes of mixing or before the mix becomes thick.
• Apply the second coat when the first coat becomes dry.
• Start curing of coating after overnight of application or after 12-16 hours from the application time of final coat.
• Continue curing for 2-3 times a day for 2-3 days.

 Dosage

1.5 to 2kg per sq. m in 2 coats.
