Elastofix PUA is solvent free spray applied fast setting 2‑ component polyurea coating for high performance waterproofing and protective coating for Concrete and metal substrate. Elastofix PUA is mainly used for waterproofing of Basement, retaining walls, podiums, terrace swimming pools, Roofs of high‑end buildings and infra projects.

Method of Application

• Ensure the substrate is adequately strong (Compressive strength >20MPa)
• Repair all visible cracks with epoxy mortar.
• Ensure substrate moisture is less than 5%
• Ensure the RH is less than 80%
• Ensure there is no rising dampness / moisture migration through the concrete substrate. (this may cause blistering during hot weather)
  Apply solventless epoxy primer (PAMR Repoxy P100)
• Apply the Polyurea coating the primed surface (primer should be in touch dry condition).Note꞉ Several grades are available depending on jobsite requirements
