Rockmix CGR is ready to use non-shrink PT cable grout premixed with cement and selected additives to provide free flow injectable fluid, having regulated anti­ shrinkage property and definite strength.

Area of Application

• Post tensioning cable gouting, Filling of medium to fine cracks, crevices, honey­ combed concrete etc.
• Grouting anchor bolts of machine foundation and columns.

Method of Application

• Add water 25 to 35% by wt. of grout.
• Use slow speed (350-650 rpm) paddle mixer or high shear mixer and mix for 4-6 minutes.
• For cracks of concrete structures or cable grouting, normal procedure of injection is to be followed.
• Use the freshly mixed grout within 30 minutes after mixing.
