UltraCon MC70 is a single component general purpose, non-shrink, cementitious micro concrete. It is suitable for repair of damaged reinforced concrete elements like slabs, beams, columns, walls, etc., where access is restricted, and compaction is not possible.

Method of Application

• Ultracon MC70 must be mixed by a slow speed (250- 400 rpm) paddle mixer or revolving drum type mixer. To mix, the micro concrete needs to be added to water slowly whilst being constantly stirred. The amount of water needed varies depending on the desired workability.
• Water-powder ratio shall be varied from 0.13to 0.17.
• Flowable mix can also be placed with low pressure cement grouting equipment or may be hand rodded into restrained sections. Ultracon MC 70 shall be used in the thickness range of 20mm to 75mm in single pour.
