Ultralatex is styrene Butadiene rubber (SBR) latex based multipurpose polymer for high performance waterproofing and repairs applications for concrete.

Area of Application

Method of Application

• For repair mortar, mix Ultralatex: Water: Cement: sand in the ratio of 1:4:8:24. Keep mixing till it forms a mortar consistency and now apply it with trowel.
• For bond coat, mix Ultralatex: water: Cement in the ratio of 1:1:4 and apply with brush.
• For Waterproof coating, mix Ultralatex: Cement in the ratio of 1:2 by wt. Apply this slurry by brush on prepared substrate surface.

For Repair Mortar: 2m2/kg/10mm thickness
Bond coat – old to new concrete: 3-Sm2/kg
For high-performance waterproof coating: 2m2/kg
