Concrete Admixtures

Admixtures are added to concrete to give it additional properties of strength and sustainability. It tends to reduce the use of cement by up to 15-20%, making it quite an economical solution for construction projects. Concrete mix usually consists of 2 or more admixtures to enhance the properties of the concrete mix. Admixtures also help in changing the aesthetics of the mixtures by bringing in properties like the change of color of the entire concrete mix.
